its sincere congratulations to Professor Li Dake for winning the "Mathematical Discovery and Number Theory Innovation
Award" in the 19th China Century Grand Winds Annual People Summary and Commemorative Awards Ceremony（TV recording people
award ceremony）.
李达科教授是格位数论代数运算系统创始人，用创新的格位数论符号，创建了超极的数论运算系统，建造了数论大厦和数论丰碑，为人类
创造了共同的数学财富，为人类的科学技术进步奠定了坚实的数学理论基础，成为指导人类伟大实践的可靠数学理论，加速人类的文明进
程提供了可靠的数学保障。
Professor Li Dake is the founder of the lattice algebraic computing system. He created the ultra-magnetic number theory
system with innovative lattice number theory symbols, built a number theory building and number theory monument, and created
a common mathematical wealth for human beings. Technological progress has laid a solid foundation for mathematical theory.
It also become a reliable mathematical theory that guides the great practice of mankind, and provides a reliable mathematical
guarantee for accelerating the process of human civilization.
